Lead Frontend Engineer & UI/UX Designer at Law School Transparency
March 2022 - March 2024
Law School Transparency is a tool that helps pre-law students make strategic choices about where to apply and attend law school using the most comprehensive source of law school data.
As a frontend engineer and designer, I redesigned the whole website, refactored the frontend (from jQuery to Vue, Bootstrap to Tailwind), nearly doubled clicks on Google, implemented numerous UX improvements, and more.
Frontend Engineer at Apolinar
Jul 2020 - Dec 2021
Apolinar is an award-winning digital team in New Zealand. They create content-managed websites for clients in various sectors like healthcare, education, NGO and tech.
I worked on these sites, working closely with designers to implement designs across multiple devices and browsers, while providing a good user experience for content editors on the backend in Contentful.
Frontend Engineer at Corebridge
May 2019 - Jul 2020
Corebridge is a management tool for printing businesses. It's a large complex web app that calculates orders based on a number of costs like labor, machine, materials, etc. I worked on the frontend side using Angular with a team of 30+ devs and led tasking of user stories.
Full-Stack Engineer at Catapult
Apr 2017 - Mar 2019
I worked on a single page app for logistics quote management. I designed and developed a drag and drop form builder which allowed for users to resize and format various elements in the form.
